The information collected through this form will be kept in a secure private file by the Jazz Solidarity Network management team and will not be used for any purpose other than the Network’s purposes, nor will it be shared with any third party or entity.

By submitting your details via this form, you agree that we may send you informative emails and communicate with you for the purposes of the Network.

• “Beneficiary Members” are solely artists of any art form who join JSN to receive support for their work, which must be related to jazz and/or improvisation.
• “Supporting members” could be anybody -professional or not- who wishes to provide services to JSN free of charge or at a very low cost (not for profit).
• “Suppliers” are exclusively professionals (whether members or not) who wish to offer services or products to members (for profit) and are advertised by our network because they already support it with money or contribution in kind.
